Why does google play and google browser crash?

I have just bought VR SKY all in one headset under brand name KMAX. Google play does not load or crashes quickly after loading. Also google browser will crash when loading Netflix and Amazon. This is a very annoying situations. I have tried to email Nibiru support@inibiru.com. But my email has not been received.

Hi, Could you send us the "VR Version" and "Version Type" information from Settings->System->About device. and we will check the problem.
