VR mode not enable when start application

Hi, there i am using Nibiru VR SDk, I Uncheck "virtual reality support" in Unity "Player Setting" and built application. it works almost fine but VR mode is not enabled when application starts and the VR mode ON option is missing from Nibiru VR headset. please help me I am wondring from last month.
