Problew with Nibiru_VR_Unity_Basic

Hello, i'd like to know if i'm the only one who have problem with Nibiru_VR_Unity_Basic_2_1_0_Develop,
after downloading it i can' extract the file because archive is damaged.
Downloaded with various browsers (opera, chrome, ie, firefox) used winrar and 7zip for extract file, but not working.
help pls

looks like you are the only one ,i can download  Nibiru_VR_Unity_Basic_2_1_0_Develop.rar and extract,change annother one computer
